Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. This is in addition to shipping time.

Canada: Standard delivery: 5–10 business days Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD
United States: Standard delivery: 7–14 business days Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD
Shipping Rates
- Canada: $15.00 CAD flat rate
- United States: $12.00 CAD flat rate
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages Range and Trend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
