At Range N Trend, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This print-on-demand process helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique, high-quality designs created just for you.
Because each product is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Colour preference
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- With a manufacturing or printing defect
- As the wrong item
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, email us at rangeandtrend@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If your claim is approved, we will gladly provide either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and provide the best possible resolution.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item qualifies under applicable consumer protection laws.
